Please join us for a timely conversation featuring three experts from the U.S and Europe who are working on cyber terrorism and hate speech online. With the European Commission mandate winding down and European Parliament Elections this spring, the European Commission is racing to finalize its proposed Regulation of Terrorist Content Online. The speakers for this conversation include Laurent Muschel who is directly responsible for the rulemaking. Daphne Keller who has analyzed the proposal and its impact on platforms and free expression and Brittan Heller is an expert on hate speech and the movement from online conduct to offline violence, who currently works as a human rights lawyer and is former prosecutor.
